C.R.N.P. is an organization comprised of highly skilled Nurse Practitioners who can provide professional medical care in a variety of settings, including personal care homes, assisted livings, nursing homes, physicians offices, and even in the clients home. The company was spawned in response to the growing need for care outside of the home in the ever expanding market of community medicine. Our goal is to provide the client the personal touch of a "house call", listen to their needs, and implement a plan of care geared towards their physical and emotional well being.Our Nurse Practitioners
The NP (Nurse Practiontioner) is able to diagnose and treat an assortment of both acute and chronic medical conditions including heart disease, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, COPD, thyroid disorders, anemia, common colds, sore throats, allergies, dementia, and anemia to name a few.
Under the authority and direction of their collaborating Physician, the Nurse Practitioner can write prescriptions, order diagnostic testing (i.e. X-rays, CT scans, MRI's), Physical/Occupational therapy when deemed appropriate, and order/interpret labs. Our goal is to provide the client the personal touch of a "house call". Most insurances are accepted. The client is billed as though they were at their physicians office.

- House calls to : your family residence, Assisted Living facilities, and Personal Care Homes.
- Patients are billed the same as if they were at their physicians office
- No monies or co-pays are ever collected from your residents.
- There is NO charge to your facility for our services.
- We are Medicare providers and accept most insurances.
